Just renovated. Well-appointed light filled two bedroom historic cottage in a lovely quiet uptown residential neighborhood. New furnishings, bedding, kitchen appliances and supplies. This is your NOLA home away from home. Located three blocks from the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar, five blocks from Freret Street restaurant row, five miles from the French Quarter, and a mile from Tulane and Loyola.
THE SPACE:
The cottage was once the horse stables for a nearby plantation. We lovingly renovated it into a two bedroom apartment in 2017. It's located behind our home, and is accessed through a private gated entrance and an 80 foot long landscaped pathway to the front door. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and private entrance, its perfect for long term guests and is kid friendly.
